Description

A heavy duty, water soluble liquid formulated for use with solvent-based ink systems. This product is fast drying and easy spreading. It creates a contrast which provides easy spotting out, as well as quick and easy spreading on mesh edges. No solvent additives. No VOC's.

Instructions

Concentration: Ready to use
Dry Time: 22 minutes when using a 0.003 micron draw-down bar

Paint areas of the layout that you do not want to print. When all areas to be blocked out are covered with BLOCK OUT HD, flip the screen over and smooth out the places where BLOCK OUT HD may have collected on the opposite side. Leave the screen to dry in a level position. Thorough drying is necessary. Check for pinholes by holding screen up to a light. Fill any holes with BLOCK OUT HD and allow to dry completely. When printing is done, rinse screen with water. Use soft nylon bristle brush on both sides of screen to thoroughly clean.

Cautions

BLOCK OUT HD is flammable and an irritant. Keep product away from heat and flame. Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and avoid breathing vapors. Safety goggles/glasses and chemical resistant gloves should be worn when handling this product. In case of skin or eye contact, rinse thoroughly for at least 15 minutes.
