De-Haze Liquid

Description

DHL is a concentrated liquid that will remove haze from screens during the reclaiming process.

Availability

Packaged in 1, 5, 30 and 55 gallon sizes.

Application

After removing ink and emulsion, apply DHL directly via spray bottle or brush to both sides of the screen. Agitate image area with brush and allow to stand for as long as necessary to produce required results. Image is then easily removed with a low volume, high pressure cold water rinse.

Cautions

DHL while liquid is corrosive and should therefore be handled with caution. Always wear eye protection and solvent resistant gloves when handling any chemical. Keep container covered when not in use. Do not store product near any source of ignition, sparks or open flame. Read and understand material safety data sheets prior to handling. If DHL is to be sprayed, a stream is preferable to a mist.

First Aid

External: On skin, rinse skin with water. Remove and wash contaminated items before reuse. In eyes, flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes occasionally opening eyelids to ensure thorough irrigation; contact a physician. Always remove contact lenses prior to using any chemicals.

Internal: If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Immediately give two large glasses of water and contact a physician. Keep person warm, quiet and calm until help arrives.
