Emulsion Remover Concentrate with Degreasers

Description

ER-140 is a highly concentrated Emulsion Remover formulation designed for fast removal of emulsions and capillary films from screens by means of a spray or wipe-on application. ER-140 has degreasers and wetting agents built-in to eliminate additional steps in the reclamation process.

Availability

Packaged in 1 Gallon containers for dilution.

Application

In a plastic container*, combine contents of package with amount of water listed on package instructions and mix thoroughly. After removing ink from the screen, spray or wipe ER-140 in a uniformly applied pattern working from bottom to top on the print contact side of the screen. Wipe screen with sponge or cloth for maximum effectiveness. Allow to stand for 1-3 minutes. Remove emulsion using a pressure rinse. Allow screen to dry completely before recoating.

Cautions

Emulsion Removers regardless of manufacturer are mild to medium oxidizers. They should not be mixed in metal containers as they will encourage rust and possibly have other adverse reactions.

First Aid

External: On skin, rinse skin with water. Remove and wash contaminated items before reuse. In eyes, flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes occasionally opening eyelids to ensure thorough irrigation; contact a physician. Always remove contact lenses prior to using any chemicals.

Internal: If ingested, induce vomiting immediately. Contact a physician.
