Home Chemicals MSDS Contact     Member of Since 1993	Chemicals   ER-1-2-5 ER-1-2-5 Emulsion Remover Concentrate with Degreasers Description ER-1-2-5 is a concentrated emulsion remover formulation designed for fast removal of emulsions and capillary films from screens by means of spray or wipe-on application. ER-1-2-5 has degreaser built in to eliminate additional steps in the reclamation process. Application In a plastic container, combine 1 part ER-1-2-5 with up to 4 parts water and mix thoroughly. After applying ink remover to ink side of screen, spray ER-1-2-5 in a uniformly applied pattern working from bottom to top on the print contact side of the screen. Wipe screen with sponge or cloth for maximum effectiveness. Allow to stand for 1 to 3 minutes. Remove emulsion residue using a medium pressure, low volume cold water rinse. Allow screen to dry completely before recoating. First Aid External: On skin, rinse skin with water. Remove and wash contaminated items before reuse. In eyes, flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes occasionally opening eyelids to ensure thorough irrigation; contact a physician. Always remove contact lenses prior to using any chemicals. Internal: If ingested, induce vomiting immediately and pump out stomach if necessary.
