Description

GIR-4U is a highly concentrated cleaner designed to removed all remaining haze from screens during the reclaiming process.

Availability

Packaged in 5 gallon pails.

Application

Mix contents thoroughly. After removing ink and emulsion and using a long handle brush, remove a small portion of GIR-4U from pail and apply directly to both sides of the screen. Agitate image area with brush and allow to stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Image is then easily removed with a low volume, high pressure cold water rinse.

Cautions

GIR-4U is a very concentrated and should therefore be handled with caution. Be careful not to leave GIR-4U on the screen longer than recommended. Always wear eye protection and solvent resistant gloves when handling any chemical. Cover pail when not in use. Do not store product near any source of ignition, sparks or open flame. Read and understand material safety data sheets prior to handling.

First Aid

External: On skin, rinse skin with water. Remove and wash contaminated items before reuse. In eyes, flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes occasionally opening eyelids to ensure thorough irrigation; contact a physician. Always remove contact lenses prior to using any chemicals.

Internal: If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Immediately give two large glasses of water and contact a physician. Keep person warm, quiet and calm until help arrives.
