Home Chemicals MSDS Contact     Member of Since 1993	Chemicals   LD-150 LD-150 Liquid Degreaser Description LD-150 is a formulation of degreasers and grease cutting/surface-tension reducing agents designed for fast removal of films, oils, fingerprints etc. Advantages Fast removal of oils and other foreign films Biodegradable Economical Drain safe Availability Full strength liquid packaged in: 1, 5, 30 and 55 gallon containers. Application Remove all ink from screen with a compatible, non-film forming ink remover, such as BIO-2. Remove emulsion with a compatible emulsion remover such as ER-288. If ghost image remains, reapply ink remover or use a haze remover such as GIR-4U. As the last step in the process apply LD-150 to the screen with a towel or by spray. Scrub the screen for best results. Remove LD-150 using a medium pressure, low volume cold water rinse. Best results are usually obtained by using a low pressure (i.e. garden hose without pressure nozzle) rinse as the final rinse. This prevents splash back and will help minimize pinholes. Allow screen to dry completely before recoating. First Aid External: On skin, rinse skin with water. Remove and wash contaminated items before reuse. In eyes, flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes occasionally opening eyelids to ensure thorough irrigation; contact a physician. Always remove contact lenses prior to using any chemicals. Internal: If ingested, induce vomiting and pump out stomach if necessary.
